Yes. You can get a free 60-second preview made from your own story with no card required, one per verified email address. There is also a 99p preview giving a 40-second clip, and the 99p is credited against the full order if you go ahead.

The lyrics are written from the details you give us: names, memories, relationships, in-jokes and the feeling you want. The more specific your story, the more personal the song. If you would rather write them yourself, you can supply your own lyrics instead.

Tell us what is off, such as a name or a detail, and we will revise the song free of charge. One revision is included with every order. Because each song is produced as a complete recording, a revision creates a new version rather than editing the existing one.

As digital content delivered immediately, refunds are not something we are legally required to offer, but we want people to be happy. If there is a technical fault such as a song not being delivered or a corrupted file, we will re-create it or issue a full refund. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your song for private, non-commercial purposes: sharing it with friends and family, playing it at private events, and posting it on your personal social media.
