CreateMySong is a UK-based service that creates personalised, professionally produced songs from details you provide. Each song is unique and crafted to your specifications — recipient name, occasion, story, genre, and vocal style.
When you place an order you agree to:
📌 Important — Copyright: You must not include copyrighted lyrics, poems, or any text you do not own. This means you cannot ask us to reproduce or incorporate lyrics from existing songs, published poems, or other copyrighted works. If you submit copyrighted content we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel your order without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
We offer a 99p preview service that generates a real 45-second song clip from your details before you commit to a full purchase.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP). Current packages:
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.
Songs are typically delivered within 10 minutes of payment. You will receive an email with a private link to listen, download, and share your song. During busy periods delivery may occasionally take up to 15 minutes. If your song is not delivered within 30 minutes, please contact us.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

Each song is uniquely and professionally produced from your input. While we strive for the highest quality, exact musical output may vary. We do not guarantee that the song will match a specific artist’s style or that every detail you provide will appear in the final lyrics.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for how recipients react to songs created on their behalf.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
